Announced for September 2023, this year’s BSA/AML Gaming Conference will see a meeting of minds from various regulatory and law enforcement agencies in Las Vegas.

US iGaming Industry Meets Regulators: Paving the Way for a Safer Gaming Future

A highlight of this conference is the opportunity for attendees to directly engage with IRS-BSA Examiners, state gaming regulators, and criminal law enforcement officials. Discussions will revolve around the prevalent issues of money laundering, fraud, and emerging illicit financial schemes, as well as cyber threats targeting casinos.

Moreover, attendees can look forward to connecting with a diverse group of experts and decision-makers, spanning from New Jersey to Nevada and Ontario’s gaming regulatory bodies.

Keynotes are set to be delivered by Scott Rembrandt, Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes, and Jim Lee, Head of the IRS-Criminal Investigation Division.
