Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced a new partnership with JOY Enterprise B.V. for the provision of its market-leading platform solution to the Playr.bet brand in Latin America. GiG’s platform will provide JOY Enterprise B.V. with the ability to personalize the user experience, which will be crucial in growing and delivering an unparalleled customer experience for the Playr.bet brand, which has been building since 2015.
The iGaming industry in Latin America is currently experiencing one of the fastest growth rates globally, with revenues in 2021 alone increased by over $7 billion USD. With the move towards regulation becoming more pronounced and investment in digital infrastructure continuing to increase, the combined population of over 400 million offers considerable scope for further expansion in the region.
This five-year agreement for GiG’s award-winning platform account management (PAM) fits perfectly within its strategy of powering unique experiences within the online casino sector.
